Welcome to Malvern Healthcare Limited. We are a family owned limited company and have been supplying the medical industry for 25 years.  We offer a wealth of experience both in plastic injection moulding and the manufacture of medical devices.

As a company we have the ability to take a product from concept through design, development and prototype and all the way to production manufacturing.  We manufacture all our own mould tools in our on-site tool room.

Manufacturing is carried out in our Class 8 Clean Room and our quality system is accredited with ISO13488: 1996 and conforms to Directive 93/42/EEC for sterile devices. Core competencies include product design and development, precision engineering, injection moulding, assembly, ultra sonic welding, vacuum forming, printing and packaging.
